My career started in infrastructure — racking servers in data centres, building platforms, and learning how systems actually work at the hardware level. From there, I moved into architecting cloud platforms, then into applications and AI. That journey from data centre floor to cloud architecture to modern app development and AI is what shapes everything I do today. I don't just advise on technology — I've built it from the ground up, across the full stack.

I started Code To Cloud because I love meeting people and teaching them about technology — not in a classroom way, in a “let's grab a coffee and figure this out” way. I kept having conversations with business owners who were overwhelmed by tech decisions, getting sold solutions they didn't need, and feeling like nobody was speaking their language. I realized Alberta had a real gap — there was no community-driven technology advisory built specifically for this market. So I built one.

Alberta gave me that opportunity, and I've fully embraced the Albertan approach: pull yourself up by the bootstraps and get it done. No waiting for permission. No corporate playbook. Just show up, do the work, and earn trust by delivering results.
